Convenient spot! It's right in the middle of everything with lots of restaurants nearby. This place is so peaceful, always my go-to when I'm around here. 🌟

Everything was great, including welcoming staff and magnificent location close to many restaurants. Brand-new and clean hotel units with updated bathrooms which are nice and shower, for instance. Great stay, as always.

We were given a family room upon arrival. The location of the hotel was easy, near eateries.

Do not understand having a hot (spa I believe you call it) tub that is only 4 degrees warmer than the pool? Really? Please do not waste my time telling me it is "the law" because the water temp in the rooms is much better (hotter) than the so called "hot tub" and no jet controls? Why do you waste money on this because this was the biggest joke I have seen in awhile for a motel.

The location of this place is excellent with plenty of dining options nearby, and the food is delicious with a wide variety of dishes on the menu.

Great stay with the kids.

The only thing that would have made it a little better would be a deeper, bigger pool. I thought the pool and hot tub were kinda small but for the price it was nice.

We've stayed here dozens of times since our daughter attended Illinois College and stayed in Jacksonville even after graduation. We're always happy with our room and everything. Breakfast is always excellent too!

The only thing is that Hampton is a little more expensive than anywhere else. But it's worth it to us.

Our family room was nicely arranged and had a cozy atmosphere, plus the central location was convenient.

Check in and check out times were very convenient, clean rooms, nice staff

Wifi did not work at all, not sure if that was a hotel issue or my carrier. Understaffed- at times had to wait at the counter for someone since this person seemed to have other responsibilities.

Smoke smell was awful!!!! We were there for a college visit , reserved our room online so wouldn't give us the lower rate for visiting that weekend at illinois college! Hate to keep being negative but there was no a fridge in our room either. Disappointed in this hotel and wouldn't stay there again .

This place offers rooms with modern bathrooms and showers, and it's located conveniently near Nichols Park in a quieter area surrounded by restaurants and stores.

Breakfast area was clean and seemed fresh.

No refrigerator or microwave in room. Bed was not comfortable. Maid service came to room twice by 9am asking to clean out room. Seeing we were only staying one night, and with check out not being at 12 Noon, this was annoying to send them away until we were ready to check out. Because of this...we felt rushed to get to breakfast would be nice to serve until 10:30-11am.
